LOCAD is APAC’s first end-to-end fulfillment platform for eCommerce brands. Through our integrated technology platform, we connect brands to a network of warehouses and logistics partners, connecting to all the major sales platforms; Lazada, Shopee, Woocommerce, and Shopify to build Supply Chain as a Service.
Our mission is to democratize the supply chain and support the rapid and exciting expansion of eCommerce across APAC.
This role is part of the Operations team, which is a collection of brilliant individuals from all areas of eCommerce, logistics, and supply chain. They build our network, manage fulfillment, refine processes and provide ongoing customer success support.
What you’ll focus on…
You will work directly with the COO and operations team on critical hiring across all levels, focusing on roles that support control tower operations, customer success, supply team, project management, and process excellence.
What you’ll focus on
- As the embedded TA specialist for the Ops team, you’ll work closely with the COO and SNR leaders to support their hiring needs.
- Focussed and targeted outreach through various channels, LinkedIn, and relevant local channels.
- You’ll identify and map out suitable hiring targets for all roles.
- You’ll manage online advertising, including external and internal advertising.
- You’ll manage all processes from search to offer, using our in-house platform (Personio).
- You develop effective talent pooling strategies, advise stakeholders on market intel.
- Develop a deep understanding of the operations teams and functions.
- Represent LOCADS employer brand both online and offline.
- Support the LOCAD hiring methodology.
- Work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition in data collection and analysis.
- Perform detailed candidate analysis through interviewing and pre-screening, making recommendations of talent progression and best fit. As well as support higher volume hiring needs.
What you bring
- Experience recruiting within the Logistics and Supply chain, or for positions that require a high degree of technical and analytical calibration.
- Deep understanding of candidate sourcing, specifically candidate outreach to passive markets.
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written for copywriting adverts, social media, and both internal and external communication.
- Ability to stay calm and organized.
- Ability to close candidates, even the tough ones.
- Experience in video outreach or openness to learning.
- A detailed approach to recording data,
- Skilled in using ATS platforms.
- A tech-minded approach to recruitment and a continual learner.
- A passion for talent acquisition.
- The ability to work autonomously and without our excessive direction or input.
