What you’ll do:
As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will lead the efforts in attracting and retaining exceptional talent. In this position, you will:

Set the strategy for the recruiting function and ensure alignment with the vision and goals of the company

Build a data-driven recruiting function, including analytics and reporting

Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans

Manage branding, posting optimization, and innovative candidate sourcing strategies

Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs

Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes for open full-time and part-time roles

Manage the company’s Applicant Tracking Systems and databases

Work closing with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process
This job is for you if:

You have 5+ years in full-cycle sourcing, recruiting and employment branding in a fast-growth tech environment

You have experience setting up and managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases

You are highly analytical and have a proven record of working with recruiting effectiveness data

You have strong communication skills

You aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty

You learn quickly through experimentations

You thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Base salary: 120-160k
