We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate. This position will have a crucial role in the Talent Acquisition Team. You will get the opportunity to partner with other team members to reach organizational goals in our rocketship and hypergrowth phase.

What you'll do:
• Responsible for conducting talent sourcing for various roles and levels throughout the organization.
• Being resourceful in determining & utilizing various existing (and prospective) sourcing channels.
• Liaise closely with other Talent Acquisition team members to ensure and maintain healthy talent pipelines.
• Support Talent Acquisition team in managing and analyzing hiring data and documents, in order to provide up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market and data intelligence.
• Act as a good organization representative when interacting and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders and potential talents, to ensure they have a great experience with Flip.
What you'll need:
• A Bachelor Degree from any major with 1 or 2 years of experience of doing talent sourcing in recruitment/ talent acquisition function.
• Experience from a headhunting company or recruitment agency is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in recruitment/ talent acquisition are welcome to apply.
• Keen on doing research and data analytics, also has a good curiosity in understanding the talent and/ or market trends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment (VUCA) and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
