The Support and QA Specialist role works across several critical functions of Resolve’s business. This role will work closely with customers on a daily basis to ensure we're providing adequate real-time support and resources to help them succeed. As Resolve grows, whoever is in this role has the opportunity to evolve into managing teams in any of Resolve’s critical business functions. In this respect, this role offers tremendous flexibility in choosing how you’d like to grow within the company and your career. Right now we're still small, but growing fast, so all hands on deck.
Responsibilities:
- Support Implementation and Sales with technical troubleshooting on anything from website issues to VR headset issues.
- Help the Implementation team with logistics like shipping, scheduling, and setting up third party integrations with customers, such as Autodesk BIM 360.
- Perform QA (quality assurance) on new software releases by testing it to make sure there are no bugs or issues before we release it.
- Work with the engineering team to reproduce and track customer bugs.
- Develop help documentation to address common issues.
- Maintain client privacy and safeguard their data.

Bonus:
- You have experience with Intercom, technical writing, VR, or media tools like Photoshop or Figma.
- Experience in the facility operations, engineering or construction industry.
- Working knowledge of 3D software. Could be industry specific like BIM 360, Navisworks, and Revit or other software like Blender, Maya, Unity, etc.
