- I (founder) grew up working at my family’s marketing agency. We’re taking those learnings to automate all that work.

What you’ll do:
- Manage a book of 50-100 accounts. You’re their main POC and will run regular strategy calls with customers to analyze performance and keep driving growth.
- Own customer onboarding by training teams, setting success metrics, and delivering value in the first 30 days.
- Drive upsells and contract expansions by identifying opportunities, building business cases, and closing deals directly with customers.
- Build and maintain customer health dashboards, revenue reports, and operational metrics for leadership and finance.
- Partner with product weekly to surface feature requests, customer pain points, and roadmap priorities based on customer conversations.
- Create SOPs and playbooks for customer success, onboarding, and account expansion as we scale the team

- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
- Excited about AI and its potential to transform marketing
- Strong communication skills (you'll be talking to customers constantly)
- Has worked in banking, consulting, or another high-growth startup.
