About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Development Analyst to be based in Indonesia or Malaysia to help us on this journey.
This role provides a unique opportunity to interact with founders of our portfolio companies across the region, build a career in portfolio management and develop expertise in an exciting and in-demand industry. You will provide support for portfolio companies, as well as the Strategic Development team in their daily operations and interactions. You will grow relationships with founders, investors, and mentors. You will apply your time and project management skills to help our team, founders, and portfolio companies grow. Responsibilities
• Grow and maintain relationships with our network of founders and co-investors across the region
• Maintain close relationships with our founders to understand their key needs
• Be on top of all incoming founder requests, and driving fast responses and resolutions to their needs, managing our support ticket management system
• Support in growing and maintaining a community of founders and mentors across the region
• Schedule and arrange meetings for relevant mentors and team members to address founder needs
• Attend meetings with the founders and Strategic Development Manager for note-taking and distributing action steps
• Support with the execution of special projects in the area of portfolio management and support.
Requirements
• 2-3 years of prior experience in operations, customer experience, or administration support
• Preference is given to candidates, who come from consulting firms, VC, private equity, or investment banking
• Excels in project management and following up on open items and timelines
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, where production and presentation of data and initiatives are clear and concise
• Experience working at a high growth organization, fast-paced and lean-driven unstructured environments, where goals, priorities, and roadmaps may evolve quickly
• Work well under pressure, with a high degree of dependability, adaptability, and flexibility.
