Job description

Vendoo’s business executive is a key player in the strategic growth of our company, understanding customer e-commerce needs and delivering the best solution. This person is responsible for developing and maintaining key relationships with assigned and new customers. Prospecting and qualifying opportunities correctly will allow the SBR to be most effective. Growing sales numbers will be very important to this role, as well as the following responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and problems, crafting strategic deals with the ecosystem/retail players.
  • Getting on calls with clients and going through contracts and costs.
  • Work closely with customers and our product team to develop the right solutions to improve customer e-commerce sales and optimize time.
  • Build trust and cultivate long-term relationships with new customers via lead generation, pipeline management, deal closing, and contract negotiation.
  • Develop creative solutions to identify new prospects and build a strong sales pipeline**.**
  • Help users/clients list, delist, and price drops at scale.
  • Help build the enterprise offering
    • Working with reseller business (1k - 2k items )
  • Searching, identifying, and prospecting new clients for deal completion.
  • Help build up the process for enterprise offering.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of online marketplaces (Grailed, Poshmark, Mercari, eBay, FB marketplace) or willing to learn.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to be persuasive and to clearly understand and communicate complex technical information both verbally and in writing with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills, including an ability to manage varying demands and deadlines. Demonstrates discipline to compile, organize, and store project information.
  • Understanding of business finance and the ability to apply understanding to estimate project costs.
  • Experience working with software development teams.
  • Familiarity with categories/taxonomy of items in marketplaces.
