🌟 Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced full-stack engineer to join our Product Engineering team as a Tech Lead. You’ll work closely across teams to translate stakeholder’s requirements into tangible technical strategies. You’ll take on the role of an empathetic and hands-on leader who will set their team up for success. You’ll have an intimate knowledge of Pulley’s codebase and have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and contribute code in addition to code review.
A key element of your role will be nurturing an inclusive team culture that values open communication, collaboration, continuous learning, and development.

Understand and translate business needs into technical goals; and translate technical details into clear requirements that cross-functional stakeholders can understand

Make key architectural and technology adoption decisions to help drive the product’s scalability

Lead by example, promote a culture of egoless learning, and take on a mentorship role

3+ yrs experience as a Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, Engineering Lead, or similar

A deep understanding of Golang and React

Demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders across a variety of disciplines

The US salary range for this role is $165,000 - $200,000. The salary for this position is determined by considering various job-related factors, ensuring fair compensation based on location, relevant experience, education, and specific skills and expertise.
