Who You Are

We are seeking a talented Sr/Staff/Principle Software Engineer for Android as a key hire to our young team. The candidate should have in-depth experience in Android full-stack development using Kotlin and Java. Having software engineering experience using C/C++ is desired. Knowledge and experiences in at least one of the areas of Navigation, Path Planning, Motion Planning, Computer Vision applications is a plus. The ideal candidate should also be a versatile software hacker who is an excellent problem solver, and is able to deliver within schedule.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science/Electrical Eng. or other related field

• Able to program across multiple languages - Kotlin and Javaa

-Experience or familiar with backend, testing, and continuous integration

• Familiarity with Android development platforms

• Working knowledge of Computer Science algorithms

Additional Preferred Qualifications

-Proficient in C/C++

-Experience working on cross-platform Android/iOS development projects

Bonus Points

• Experience with OpenCV, OpenGL, and OpenCL

• Knowledge or experience with Navigation, Path Planning, Motion Planning and/or Computer Vision algorithms
