The Role:
We are looking for a Sales Development Rep to join our team who is passionate about B2B sales. You will be responsible for growing Govly’s customer base and meeting or exceeding our revenue goals.
The ideal candidate has experience in B2B SaaS sales and has been responsible for hitting sales goals before. We need someone who can focus on outbound sales efforts (calling, LinkedIn, etc) that enable us to meet our revenue objectives.
You will work with cross-functional team members and have experience navigating a fast-paced startup environment, be eager to gain meaningful experience and be passionate about making a big impact in this role. Who you are:
You are a self-motivated go-getter who wants to help a startup grow in exponential fashion . You have strong communication skills as demonstrated by prior customer-facing sales experience. You also have a track record of sales success and the ability to think strategically.
Govly:
Where we are: As a S21 YCombinator ‘graduate’, Govly is building a market network for B2G and B2B procurement - a network where government prime contractors, manufacturers, resellers, and distributors come together to collaborate on opportunities to sell to the government. This network brings transparency, consistency, and the ability to collaborate in the confusing world of government contracts. Govly is aggregating mass amounts of data that is being used to create competitive analysis metrics, maps, and insights. We also create management tools that make it easier to sell to the government.
Where we are going: Once we have critical mass with the government contracting space, we are bringing the platform and the thousands of organizations that use Govly, to the commercial world where we will disrupt the status quo of B2B procurement. Govly will be a platform where any purchaser of any product can come and request responses by dependable, rated and experienced providers that have a history of success. Simultaneously, Govly will be expanding to international government markets where the Govly platform can serve as a standard for transparent and dependable B2B and B2G transactions.
