HomeRoom is Y-Combinator-backed residential real estate marketplace that simplifies remote investing and streamlines affordable renting. Our platform currently has 750 units in 31 cities across six major metros. We’ve housed more than 1,000 people in HomeRooms (tour a HomeRoom here), and we expect this number to reach 50,000 by 2024. We have raised a seed-round and are looking to grow extremely quickly.

We are looking for a full-stack marketer. One day, you will be talking to reporters, pitching our next big launch, the next running Google & FB campaigns and the next redesigning our website.
This position is great for someone who is both analytical and creative.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to ensure consistent branding
Branding and Corporate Communications – help over-see our website redesign and be willing to get your hands dirty
Oversee, analyze performance and execute marketing campaigns with limited oversight
Produce creative assets by sourcing and managing third party contractors.
Collaborate with senior marketing leaders to develop marketing strategy and execute
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in engineering, data science, business, or other field.
Experience starting or working at a growing early stage startup.
3+ years' of growth marketing / PR experience; preferably in a housing-related startup.
Strong analytical skills – be able to analyze what is and isn’t working and take action.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
