We are the only completely free cost optimization product on the market, managing hundreds of millions in aggregate AWS, GCP, and Azure spend across hundreds of our customers.

About the Role

We’re looking for agents with an incredible customer focus and passion for helping people, who are hungry to learn all about our product, and who are able to communicate effectively with both customers and our internal teams.

As a member of our stellar customer experience team, you will work closely with some of the fastest growing companies in the world as their direct line of contact and support. You’ll partner closely with our account management, product, and engineering teams on resolving customer questions, managing product requests and issues, and bringing insights into how we can improve our product. You’ll be the first line of defense for our customers and the voice of the customer to the rest of the team!

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the final solutions architect for customer support inquiries. Understand what they need and make sure we go above and beyond for them. 
• Develop proofs of concept, prototypes, and demos to evaluate new technologies understanding their strengths, limitations, and ideal use cases.
• Design and deliver end-to-end data solutions across ingestion, transformation, storage, and analytics.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible, engaging manner for audiences ranging from executives to junior engineers, fostering trust, clarity, and excitement.
• Continuously learn and adapt by exploring emerging tools, patterns, and best practices, ensuring your approaches stay fresh, effective, and relevant.
• Collaborate with other internal technical leaders, sharing discoveries and dividing research efforts to help our teams remain at the forefront of modern data platforms and solutions.
• Contribute to presales efforts and thought leadership activities—including proposals, presentations, public-facing content, and community events—demonstrating credibility and inspiring confidence.
• Occasionally, take on engineering projects based on need. 

Qualifications:

• 2+ experience at a Dev tool or infra company, with deep knowledge about AWS, GCP and other cloud platforms
• Track record of shipping high-quality products and developing projects at scale
• Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft

Compensation

$85,000—$145,000 USD
