The Role

Moxion is scaling quickly and with it our IT footprint is rapidly expanding. To meet our business objectives, we will need to implement many new IT systems such as: ERP, MRP, MES, PLM, warehouse management, etc.  As the Solutions Architect Manager, you will be in charge of leading the organization through a detailed selection process for each of these systems and then leading the implementation of them.  

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with functional leaders to define the business needs
• Identify potential IT systems that can solve those business needs
• Lead the organization through a selection process to choose the right system
• Negotiate with the vendors to get the best on price and timing
• Lead cross functional teams through the deployment process of the new systems
• Build out a team of system experts to support the organization as we grow
