We are looking for a well rounded technical builder and problem-solver to help us put solid, fast products into the hands of our customers. You will leverage your core skills and knowledge to support customers, test products, and engineer presale solutions. In this role, as part of our technical support team, you will work closely with product, engineering, and sales. Essentially, you will be at the center of our universe.
What you will be doing:
Customer Support
Resolving technical questions
Helping integrate the product into customer environments
Provide code samples to customers, as needed
Co-developing implementation plans with customers
Testing
Test API endpoints, functionality, performance, alerts
End to end and component testing
Test multi-step flows for endpoints
Setup mocks, sandboxes
Test logic against mock scenarios
Test React application in the browser
Monitoring and alert testing against actual application
Sales Engineering
Leveraging deep product knowledge to support sales efforts
Demo the product to customers in support of our sales efforts
Skills you will need or will develop:
Javascript, HTML, JQuery, ReactJS / React Native, Swift, Java (Android)
Knowledge of SOAP, RESTful, XML, JSON, Webhooks and Polling required
Ability to read and understand JSONSpec, OpenAPI Spec, and XSD/WSDL required
Experience with Java, Ruby on Rails, Spring Boot, MySQL, Redis, WordPress, AWS Cloud Architectures are a plus
Fintech/Banking API experience is a plus
Proficient Postman experience
Creating Wireframes from requirements
