- Have at least 3 years of experience building products
- Have experience taking products to production and working with a team
- Are an expert at Web, Cross Platform technology like RN or flutter, or Native iOS/Android and are up to date on all the latest technologies.
- Have a proven track record with best practices like testing, continuous integration, deployment, code reviewing, source controls
- Are a good communicator, always looking for ways to grow, make more impact and to positively influence people around you.
- Understand programming languages, their tradeoffs and can recommend the right tools for different features.
- Are passionate about media, streaming and or BlackOakTV's mission.
