CodeCrafters offers advanced hands-on programming challenges.

This role is ideal for a full-stack engineer with high attention to detail. You'll work directly with our CTO.
Requirements
- You've built full-stack web applications as part of a team before.
- Strong ability to learn on your own. You will receive some mentorship and guidance from our CTO, but you should expect to learn mostly on your own.
- Discipline and patience to write clean code and use best practices. We are unlike most startups and write code to last. This allows us to move faster in the long-term.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Prior experience with Ruby/Rails, Ember is a plus.
- Prior experience with cloud computing platforms (i.e. AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Extend and maintain our Rails backend & Ember front-end
- Build & test new CodeCrafters challenges
- Observe how customers interact with our product, deeply understand their pain points, identify & deliver high-impact features
