- Work in Python/React primarily
- Autonomously figure out the solutions to their challenges
- Enjoy being a generalist and are not tied down to a specific programming language
- Debug production issues across services and levels of the stack
- Are naturally curious and willing to take a step to learn something they don’t have experience in
- Collaborate with everyone on the team: engineers, customer-facing teams, product folks
Skills & Experience
- No previous experience as a software engineer required
- A fundamental understanding of distributed systems
- You have a proven grasp of Computer Science fundamentals and have a strong interest in building products
- Experience as a generalist working on frontend or backend to provide the best solutions for our users, even single-user systems
