Social Initiative Campaign
• Develop seasonal social campaign initiatives under overall social team strategic objective.
• Manage social agencies to execute impactful social content, manage qualitative social campaigns, deliver monthly social calendars.

• Develop social platform’s strategy and plan, including content plan, an annual calendar, engagement activation.
• Manage official account, fans engagement, and setting the annual objectives.
• Work with the CI team to monitor and generate social buzz based on engagement on social platforms.
[Douyin and short video platforms]
• Upgrade annual content management strategy for the short video platforms: focus on Douyin as a leading platform.
• Build Douyin AO content annual plan, enrich video content in our official account.
Lead social agency to produce short video from idea, planning execution, and work out holistic content guidelines.
• Generate project to drive more social engagement and social buzz.
Review content performance and optimize ongoing execution and content creatives.
Work with the CI team to monitor and generate social buzz based on engagement on social platforms.

Industry experiences:
Progressive experience in the Mum & baby business is preferred
Position experiences:
5+ years experience in digital marketing, experienced in Wechat account creation, operation preferred. Experience in mom & baby related category experience preferred.
Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin & English (both speaking & writing)
Computer Skills: MS Office, Excel & PPT excellency
Mobility: Domestic travel
Certificate Required: Bachelor’s Degree and above in business, marketing or digital, communication preferred.
Other Special requirements: Fast learner, proactive working attitude, and strong project management experience.
Proven ability to work with social agencies and generating excellent work.

In-depth knowledge and experience with consumer trends, social and digital marketing, social analytics, reports, and campaign management.
Good sense of creative, social content. Result-driven and knows how to achieve the project results, strong understanding of key social media platforms and new news.
Own platform operation experience, familiar with successful methodologies, already accumulating learnings.
Cross-functional communication on the project strategy and operation.
Heavy user of social media platforms.
