JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced SEO expert with a strong technical background to lead the growth of our SEO services in/across the Southeast Asia region. You will be working with clients from across industries, learning about their businesses, and consulting them with a solid SEO strategy to drive meaningful business growth.
The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about the world of the World Wide Web and search engine algorithms, as well as Marketing & Business. He/She should have 2-5 years of hands-on SEO experience, either for a brand or in an agency environment.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related fields;
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on SEO experience. Other experience in the digital marketing field (Performance Marketing, CRM, etc.) is a plus.
• Understanding of major search engines and functions. Experienced working with SEO tools Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google My Business, Screaming Frog. Possess deep knowledge of Google SEO best practices and webmaster policies.
• Be up-to-date with the latest SEO best practices, guidelines, algorithm updates, and trends.
• Knowledgeable about DOM, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, and particularly comfortable with parsing HTML elements within source code.
• A good team player, a great marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit, and a love for data.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• In charge of developing SEO proposals to Clients, including but not limited to:
• Conduct audits to gauge the SEO health of clients' websites. Review and analyze client sites for areas needing improvement
• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis.
• From the given data points and search intent, form a comprehensive strategy that recommends changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve overall organic search keywords ranking and overall visibility
• Coordinate with the Account/ Sales team to present the findings & strategies to the Clients in meetings.
• Project Management for Implementation phases:
• Execute on-page optimizations and implement changes in content management systems (CMS)
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement necessary features and changes. Develop and implement link building strategy.
• Collaborate with the in-house or Client’s content and marketing teams to execute a winning content marketing and SEO strategy for growth in the content space.
• Prepare detailed reports & present them to the Clients on a frequent basis.
