Overview:

The role provides technical support in a global environment and provides expertise to the Enterprise Support team. An expert in Windows 10, Laptop Hardware, Azure AD, Office 365, and Security in a work from anywhere model covering a global workforce.
What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve basic to complex software and desktop issues.
- Solving problems by identifying root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of OS recovery, etc. Remote troubleshooting is a huge plus.
- Work with SysAd, Network team, and Vendor to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Solid Support Skills - Windows 10
- PC’s / Laptops in a Dell environment, MacBook Pro a plus
- OS & Hardware knowledge
- Experience with Desktop Management Platforms (similar to SCCM.)
- Best practice policies, scripting, PowerShell commands, Windows Registry settings, etc.
- Active Directory, Domain Join, Azure AD Join (including Hybrid), etc.
- Patch management, Application rollout, and updates.
- Setting standards and procedures.
- Office 365 and other Enterprise Applications
- Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and other Office 365 Applications.
- Firefox and other browser functions.
- Security
- Identifying desktop security alerts, including malware alerts, etc
- Identifying and assisting users with threats such as Email phishing, etc.
What You Have:
- College degree with 10+ years of work experience showing progressive growth in the field.
- Hands-on experience in technical work in an enterprise environment (global exp is a plus.)
- Collaborative work skills and communication skills.
- Tech writing and documentation.
- Ability to rapidly analyze issues, anticipate consequences, make decisions and initiate action.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
