As we scale we are starting to face scalability, security, reliability, and performance issues. We need someone who can make these improvements to our codebase, AWS instance, and vendor connections. This could be everything from writing frontend and backend code, to changing settings in our AWS instance, to updating how we authenticate with other vendors. It could also include signing up for other products that help capture logs or run audits, hiring security groups to run pen tests on our system, and prepping us for SOC2 compliance.
You'll work directly with me, the founder, on a day-to-day basis while also working autonomously and on your own time. This is a self-starter job. We won't micro-manage you. You can work when you want, where you want, as long as you're getting the work done and mostly overlapping standard work times.

I personally know how this industry can positively and negatively affect people.
