Senior Software Engineer, Data

Data is a core part of our product. Our data pipelines today consist of hundreds of datasets from unique sources and continue to grow every day. These pipelines power our machine learning models and APIs, that our customers use to make more which powers production workflows that affect real patients.

We’ve experienced rapid growth in data scale over the past few years and are looking for an experienced developer to build scalable systems that can support the next phase of our growth. We are looking for someone who can architect efficient and scalable systems, set engineering standards for the team, and enjoys leading the way with high quality code.

• You have a passion for data and want to help us untangle and discover truth in an industry rife with fragmented data.
• You have a track record of learning new technologies and languages on the job
• You care about the quality of you design and the readability of your software
• You love mentoring other engineers and helping them grow their impact
• You have 5 years of experience working with teams to build amazing products

Your day-to-day:

• Extend our Data Platform : You will support and extend that data platform that supports our data pipelines and enables other teams rapidly deploy new pipelines
• Mentor Other Engineers : You will mentor other engineers and support their growth
• Identify New Features : You will identify and propose new features that will enhance the data platform
• Implement Best Practices : You will support the team in implementing best practices that will support the long term maintainability of our code
