The Role
Oh My Green is looking for senior software engineers to join for our full stack software development team. In this role, you will be responsible for hands on development as a part of a group of talented developers working on supply chain operations platform and employee wellness platform.
Responsibilities:
You will partner with product managers, designers, and analysts to deeply understand the needs of our users and build a product that serves those needs
You will write modular, secure, and well-tested code for cloud based software and Services.
You will manage your own schedule and take responsibility to deliver on time and also work with the tech leads to set clear expectations
You will help adopt the best practices and tooling for developing world class software and services
You will work closely with customer support to respond quickly to issues for our users and solve those in a permanent and scalable way
About You
Strong educational background with BS / MS in Computer Science or related area
5+ years of experience developing systems/software for large business environments.
Strong experience leading design and implementation of robust and highly scalable web services
Strong OOD and SOA principles
Experience with full stack development.
Experience with Amazon AWS or similar cloud platform is required
Experience with Microservices is highly desirable
Experience with React, Ruby, Elixr, Phoenix is a plus
Experience with no-SQL or RDBMS datastores is a plus
Has a passion to produce high quality deliverables
Team player possessing strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work with global teams across time zones
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, complex technical environment
Experience driving for results across cross-functional teams while maintaining effective working relationships
"Self-starter" attitude and the ability to make decisions independently
Experience with best practices for application development
