Responsibilities
• 100% Hunting Role
• Lead generation and out-bound, orchestrating Sales planning, execution, reporting, and analysis
• Prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
• Work closely with the Management, Marketing and Customer Success team to develop and deliver sales strategies
• Leveraging your current network and understanding of SaaS technology to deliver value.
• Will involve pitching tailored presentations and demo to clients.
• Pitch CMO’s, Head of Experience, Head of Digital, eCommerce Managers, Marketing Managers
• Target enterprise clients in the Retail, FMCG, Ecommerce, Automotive, Financial, Telco, and Travel industries
• Manage and utilize Salesforce CRM, accurately assess and communicate pipeline and revenue forecasts
• Step into leadership role overtime to coach and lead a team of sales managers
Qualifications
• At least 5-8 years experience in B2B sales or Enterprise SaaS sales (MarTech, CRM or Customer Experience platforms preferred)
• Good understanding of the Digital Marketing, Social Media, Customer Experience, and ECommerce landscape.
• Strong network of Enterprise C-Level or Senior Management clients of the targeted industries.
• Experienced in managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Excellent presentation and pitching skills.
• Experience in handling both direct and channel partners' sales.
• Target driven, hunter, and proven self-starter to thrive in a startup environment.
• Experience in handling deal size > $100K.
• Proven sales track records of Enterprise Clients > $1.5M revenue per year.
• Experience in selling solutions that improve marketing and customer experience functions.
• Target driven, hunter, and proven self-starter to thrive in a startup environment
• Sales achievers with gravitas, an entrepreneurial spirit, humble and wants to be part of a growing business
•Background in large-scale digital project/ account management will a bonus.
