Responsibilities

• Building mobile application features using React-native.
• Working directly with product designers, to build, maintain and improve slick user interfaces across devices.
• Pushing our thinking on core architecture choices.
• Improving and maintaining our distributed architecture.
• Maintaining automated test suites and ensuring quality in your code.
• Convert current React web applications to React Native.
• Use your extensive experience to train and mentor other developers on the team.

Requirements

• A great communicator and team player.
• 3+ years of experience working on react-native.
• 5+ years of experience working with javascript technologies like vanilla JS, React, or Node.
• Fluent in English.
• Proactive and self-driven.
• Knowledge of native build technologies like Gradle and XCode.
• You have experience iterating on products from end-to-end (full feature).
• Knowledge of testing suites for automation (jest, mocha, appium, or similars).
• Excellent at handling third-party dependencies and identifying and resolving dependency issues.

Nice to haves

• Worked with eBay, Etsy, or Stripe APIs.
• Worked with NoSQL databases: Firestore.
• Worked at a successful startup before.
