As a qualified candidate, you possess an incredible eye for detail and organisation. You have experience building user experience products and possess a body of work that demonstrates the distillation of complex ideas into thoughtful and intuitive solutions for the user that meet business goals.
You must be (and enjoy being) a proven leader and excellent communicator that is comfortable working closely with designers, cross-functional partners, and executives that are passionate about building meaningful and high-impact digital products. You are a design culture champion - dedicated to continuous learning and fostering a culture of transparency, respect, and flexibility.
Female PMs are highly encouraged to apply. Any experience in building woman-centric products is a huge plus for our team.
Your growth:
You’ll experience Series A, B in 24-months and will join the senior leadership of the product management team.
You’ll see a 30-people team becoming a 100-people and will grab the rarest opportunity to be in the room where company’s decisions are planned with founders and marketing leaders.

Required Skills:
A background in product design and portfolio of the beautiful interface / graphic designs
Keen interest and experience in laying out product features for business goals with ability to articulate and teach an understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and architecture
Experience recruiting, hiring, and retaining multidisciplinary PMs, you are ambitious in levelling up
3-5 years of professional experience with mobile design and proven foundation in UX design heuristics

Oversee the growth and engagement of female users in the the app for our next 1M users
Build relationships with cross-functional team members from Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Data Science and speak to product strategy, design goals, and execution
Understand the intimate relationship between growth and user retention cycle
Lead and encourage a team of product managers, provide innovative and creative direction, and develop effective strategies to execute the vision
