About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is excited to solve challenging problems. At Trella, we are reinventing and disrupting the Freight market and innovate on behalf of our customers to deliver products that our customers love.
What You'll Do
You are familiar with the product development lifecycle.
You exhibit high proficiency and efficacy in core product management disciplines such as defining user stories, priorities, success metrics, presenting a vision that works backward from customers, and are comfortable driving clarity across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
You will combine an ability to Dream Big with keen attention to detail.
You are a passionate, data-driven decision-maker who likes building from scratch, experimenting, and setting high standards.
You have a high degree of ownership and are an excellent written and verbal communicator, who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
What You'll Need
5+ years of experience in product management, working with engineering teams to define, scope, and prioritize product requirements
Proven track record of delivering initiatives from conception through completion of large-scale operational or technical projects
Proven analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data to manage metrics, drive feature prioritization, and implement business cases
Ability to seamlessly work across functional and organizational boundaries, and has a reputation for influencing others and earning trust across levels and organizations
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree or higher

Strong strategic aptitude; proven ability to define a winning business strategy and product roadmap and gain buy-in from stakeholders and leaders at all levels
Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems independently with exceptional attention to detail
