The Opportunity

As a Senior Product Manager on the Automation team at Inscribe, you will drive forward our product vision by delivering surprisingly delightful solutions to address our customers' pain points. You will work closely with the Automation team and customers to uncover unique insights and bring these insights through the full product development lifecycle.

The automation team is responsible for developing features that enable our customers to automate the review of documents used during onboarding and underwriting processes. Inscribe’s automation features saves our customers thousands of hours of manual work every month and helps create seamless customer experiences for consumers of financial services.

This role can be based in either Ireland or the UK.

Responsibilities

• Define features from ideation through development, launch and measurement

• Partner with Engineering and Design on team goal attainment and alignment

• Become the voice of the customer by talking to customers and engaging with the community regularly

• Take high-level feature proposals and customer problems and break them into small iterations in collaboration with the Automation team

• Balance new features with improvements and bug fixes to ensure a high velocity of delivery while maintaining a high-quality product experience

• Lead feature definition end-to-end; provide guidance and feedback to engineers; ensure everyone is aligned

• Collaborate with Product Marketing on launching new features, including contributing to documentation, blog posts, demos and marketing materials

• Analyze and synthesize customer and competitive intelligence

About You 

• You have 4+ years of product management experience

• You have brought products to market from initial concept stage

• You have built relationships with business customers in order to build and refine a product

• You have worked with data-driven products

• You are able to communicate both the business and technical rationale behind your decisions

• You have experience with defining and analyzing metrics to guide product development

• You are passionate about fairness and efficiency and deeply curious about how risk is managed in Fintech

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of the Fintech industry, especially risk

• Experience with API-first products

• Experience integrating with common enterprise SaaS products

• Experience leveraging machine learning to solve practical problems
