Senior Product Manager

You will:

• Interface with customers, translate feedback into specs, communicate that to engineers, then check engineer work in a local development environment
• Create new features for core workflow software during weekly sprints
• Help expand our product suite to new verticals
• Implement core processes for how customer success interacts with product
• Maintain internal documentation for patch releases and knowledge sharing
• Work closely with Founders to set organizational product objectives

You are:

• A Product Manager with 4+ years of experience
• Someone with a technical background (either worked as a software engineer previously, or studied Computer Science in Uni)
• Experienced with working with clients and engineers
• Experienced in implementing PM Process to produce predictable engineering outcomes

You (ideally) have:

• Experience working and scaling B2B software products
• An understanding of the technical architecture (both server/client) of application in order to intelligently design product
• A design mindset
• Experience translating customer feedback into features
