Senior Product Designer

We are looking for an experienced product designer to lead product design at Ribbon and own our user-facing experiences across our core product verticals (Care Navigation and Data Management). In this role, you will be partnering closely with multidisciplinary teams to help launch Ribbon’s newest product/business lines. You will be an IC laying the foundation for a new function at Ribbon that could scale out further over time as user experience becomes a core differentiator for our products.

What we're looking for in this role

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer
• Has experience discovering, launching, and iterating products in the 0-1 stage
• Is customer-obsessed and comfortable leading user research (e.g. focus groups, user interviews)
• Has a proven track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Can tame business and product complexity through design
• Can think and design at a system level, not just interface elements or pages
• Is excited to launch market-defining healthcare solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Your day-to-day

• Advocate for the user: Be a tireless champion for the users and user-centered processes
• Own user experience: Create delightful and easy-to-use applications for clinical teams, patients, and enterprise users alike
• Launch new products: Bring new products to market by conducting user research, testing hypotheses, and launching products in partnership with engineering and product.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: Work effectively with different teams, from holding design critiques with stakeholders to partnering with engineering through development.

The base salary range for this role is between $150,000-$170,000. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
