Job description:
• Collect and analyze product requirements from the Product Manager
• Work closely with Product Manager, Engineers, and Product Design and Business Development teams
• Plan and design the end-to-end user experience (user journeys, wireframes) that can have a huge impact on users and business goals
• Identify and troubleshoot user experience problems
• Plan product design by creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows
• Create and present design concepts to determine the best products
• Analyze user feedback and activity, and also iterate to enhance the user experience
• Document the design process for each feature, such as research findings, ideations, and usability testing, and also release and monitor the impact after the product release
• Contribute to the team cadence discussions, make occasional short presentations to the team, as well as present team's updates if needed
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor degree from Information Technology/System Information/Visual Communication Design/any related majors
• Min. 2-5 year of working experience in Product Design
• Deep curiosity to empathize with users
• Familiar with the design tools, such as Figma, Maze, and Miro
• Experience in creating sketches or wireframes, user flow, screen flow, site map, and conducting qualitative research (in-depth interview, qualitative usability testing, etc.), and communicating the solutions to stakeholders
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills to collaborate in cross-functional teams
• Ability to use basic analytic tools to gather user data (the funnel)
• Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends
• Understand the fundamental UX design process and principles
• Strong self-driven person and up-to-date with the latest tech trends and techniques
