We are looking for a passionate Senior Product Designer with the experience of shipping great products that users love. You’ll be collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and ship products that will support our users at every step in their career journey. You’ll get to turn data insights into delightful products and fast-track your growth in a leadership position.
What you can expect to work on:
- User insight: You will be the voice for our users. Utilise user insights to create a shared understanding throughout the discovery process
- Cross-functional collaboration: You’ll draw from your extensive knowledge of tools and methodologies to convey fresh ideas, design decisions, and requirements to the various stakeholders in the project
- Manage end-to-end product implementation process: Develop, manage, and iterate on our products across the entire product lifecycle
- Iterative designing: Design modern web interfaces that align with our design language and are informed by team feedback and user insights.
- Upholding product quality: Ensure that the end-product is consistent with product design and meets the business goals and user needs.
- Solve complex problems: You will get to experience solving for a variety of problems in the career space, and create a space for innovative ideas to shine
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with UX and UI design: You’ve designed amazing products in a tech-driven company, with at least 3-5 years of experience. You have experience designing web products across a variety of platforms.
- Knowledge about tech environment: You are familiar with the key concepts and constraints of web development. You are able to tell if certain proposed features would not be technically feasible.
- Strong communication skills: You are able to communicate well with the various stakeholders during the course of the project, from user interviews, to justifying design decisions, and handing off to engineers.
- Passionate about the cause: You are excited to create solutions that will change the career landscape in Asia. You are eager to learn more about the industry, and grow alongside it.
- Self-starter: You are an independent learner and only need to be briefed once before you’re ready to go. If you don’t know how to do something, you’re usually able to figure it out on your own fairly quickly, or find a way to get up to speed.
- Attention to detail: You have an excellent eye for design and detail. You know immediately when things are misaligned, or the font size is off by 2pts. You are also able to give constructive criticism to other’s design work.
- Goal-oriented: You thrive in an environment where you can take ownership of a goal, and will do what it takes to achieve the goal.
- Entrepreneurial attitude: You are able to work with whatever you have to achieve your goals in a rapidly changing environment. You do not shy away from uncertainty and change.
