Our mission is to eliminate financial illiteracy in Indonesia, so that all Indonesians can leverage the existing financial ecosystem and make better financial decisions. Finku is founded by ex-BCG consultants and Bukalapak product designer with vast digital, tech, and banking expertise from top universities globally (University of Indonesia, Cambridge, Berkeley).

Working Spectrum:
- Act as dedicated headhunter in delivering end-to-end recruitment process for the dedicated team
- Spearhead Learning & Development initiatives to secure proper learning process in the organization
- Lead and supervise any internal (both online and offline) engagement(s) to ensure positive working culture
- Manage and maintain proper social media presence to present strong employer branding management
- Create, update and maintain the required working data and documents related to all internal initiatives
Role Requirements:
- At least 1 year solid experience in recruitment process, either as in-house recruiter or headhunter
- Naturally people person, love to meet new people, has strong persona and feel recharged with social activity
Into the hype and creative with content creation, having wide knowledge from social to science is a must
- Strong Microsoft excel and Google spreadsheet proficiency, experienced in handling multiple complex documents
- Excellent copywriting skills, able to create complex and meaningful wording for any purpose from grievance to external newsletter
