The Role  

The Senior Marketing Ops Manager is a highly visible, key role at Inscribe. You will have the opportunity to own the strategy to execute high-impact programs across the customer lifecycle. In this role, you will report to our VP of Marketing and work closely with your team members in marketing, sales, product, and customer success.

The Inscribe Marketing team is responsible for driving our company narrative, market awareness, demand generation, product marketing, brand marketing, thought leadership, and more. Today, our team is nimble, and no two days are the same as we are building a scalable and impactful Marketing org. You will help us define and grow our marketing ops efforts across the entire marketing lifecycle. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute campaigns targeting our strategic and managed account lists with purpose-built touches across a variety of channels

  • Lead the process on choosing and implementing our marketing tech stack

  • Launch integrated campaigns leveraging email, digital ads, content, ABM, events, and more

  • Scale our demand generation efforts, eventually building out a team to support the growth of highly personalized and targeted account activities

  • Manage budgets, measure and report on pipeline targets, and continually optimize campaigns to increase ROI

  • Optimize our online experience from paid ads, to the website, to lead capture 

  • Work in Hubspot to create email nurture programs, segmented lists, and campaign assets - including emails, landing pages, and forms

About You

  • Have 4+ years of experience in marketing - ideally focused on B2B demand gen, digital marketing, MOPs, or lifecycle marketing

  • Experience at SaaS companies, with a focus on enterprise sales 

  • You are a great leader, creative thinker, and highly data-driven with a growth mindset

  • You are self-motivated, intellectually curious, and are looking for a role where you can continually improve and grow in a marketing organization 

  • Experience measuring and optimizing campaign performance and lead gen efforts

  • You are scrappy and eager to be agile, test, and iterate
