About the role: As a Senior Growth Manager you will bring creative energy and drive innovation as you manage high impact initiatives related to customer acquisition. You will have the ability to quickly identify, prioritize, and execute opportunities that drive user growth.

Responsibilities: • Strategy: build a plan on different ways to acquire customers and be responsible for executing it to help the business achieve its growth goals • Analysis: analyse our current acquisition and retention strategies, do customer research and talk to our prospects and customers to give you insights to test against • Customer Acquisition: improve our customer acquisition campaigns - working across paid ads, SEO, affiliates and email marketing • Customer Conversion: improve how we convert our prospects into happy customers. Focus on messaging, pricing, test and roll out improvisations • Use third party tools like Appsflyer to measure and improve CAC, MRR and LTV • Design and implement metrics to monitor the success of processes, and refine the process flow based on actual on-ground feedback • Work closely with the Tech and Product team to solve problems at the ground level using technology

Skills And Qualifications: • 4-7 years of relevant work experience • Experience in a growth marketing role for a high growth B2C Tech Startup will be preferable • Demonstrable experience of influencing growth with a focus on data • Knowledge of Advanced MS Excel and python is an added advantage • Great communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams • Willingness to travel and measure results on ground
