Responsibilities:
Designing & Coaching
-Responsible for conceptualization and implementation of design solutions that meet marketing strategies, business and customer needs.
-Be in-charge of design and production of all material from concept, layout design, print production, and quality control.
-Is knowledgeable about all aspects of graphic designing and guide the team members based on their strengths.
-Preferable a designer who is into detail, alignment (OCD).
-People who loves to journalist, scrapbooking will be added advantage.
-Assist the General Management Board in DTP work for document layouts.
-Liaise and work with the colour separator, printer, paper suppliers, and other suppliers of the Company when required.
-Handle work for projects managed or commissioned to the Company, Creative Services Division, and its clients.
-Working as part of a team with production, product development, copywriters, photographers, web developers and marketing specialists.
-Assist in visualisation, ready product template design and design services from visual to FA with minimum supervision and able to commit tight deadline.
Administrative & Others
-Undertake other important duties and entrusted responsibilities that may arise due to the contingencies of work.
-Highly encouraged to make constructive and cost effective design & product recommendations.
-Undertake a combination of fieldwork, study or research to improve the Company’s design, multimedia and advertising abilities.
-To attend to any related matters assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements:
-Minimum 4-5 years working experience in Industrial Design and Product Designing.
-Have excellent knowledge of computer image manipulation and drawing software, e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Data Merging, etc.
-Have effective communication skills to work across different functional groups
