The Opportunity
Are you ready to be at the forefront of transforming the lives of individuals with ADHD while contributing to the growth of a cutting-edge digital health start-up? As our Senior Data Analyst for User Acquisition, you have a unique chance to drive our growth strategy with data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and optimize User Acquisition BI with automated control dashboards with different views and breakdowns by platform, channel, and campaign
- Utilize data analysis techniques and quantitative methods to tackle user problems and drive business growth
- Develop Search BI and Marketing Content BI for informed decision-making and strategic investments in organic content
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to implement analytical data warehouse and automated data pipelines, integrating advertising cost, subscription revenue, and user data
- Work with semi-automated data infrastructure to ensure efficient data processing
- Oversee Google Analytics, web tracking, and marketing campaign tags implementation
- Monitor and analyze acquisition campaigns, channels, and content to assess their impact and efficiency
- Create quantitative channel and media mix growth models using financial modeling and econometrics techniques
- Define and maintain clear and consistent data definitions for metrics, dashboards, reports, data schemas, etc.
Key Requirements
- A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative discipline
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on user acquisition and growth strategy
- Advanced knowledge of SQL for querying the data and extracting valuable insights
- Proficiency in econometric modeling or data science modeling to forecast growth scenarios
- Demonstrated ability to set up and maintain data infrastructure required for automated control dashboards
- Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, and marketing campaign tracking
Bonus Requirements
- Knowledge of Python/R
- Past experience working with a D2C subscription product
- Experience modeling LTV and working with subscription data
