We’re looking for an experienced Node.js Engineer to help scale our engineering team. You will work closely with the founding team to shape our backend architecture, drive feature development, and ensure our systems can scale seamlessly as we grow.

• Architect and scale backend systems to support high-throughput messaging while ensuring reliability and security.
• Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases with a heavy emphasis on efficient SQL practices—schema design, query tuning, and performance optimization are key.

• Collaborate closely with product, support, and engineering teams to rapidly address customer pain points.

• Extensive experience building and scaling high-performance backend systems with high availability.

• Strong technical, architectural, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
