Senior Backend Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain high quality bug free code.
• Able to guide and motivate the rest of the team around best practices and patterns. Participate in reviewing pull requests and training new hires.
• Writing UI and unit tests on a regular basis and making sure that the crash free percentage is > 99.6.
• Ensure regular shipping of code, we work in 2 week sprints. Making sure that every week we are releasing something new.
• Take regular interviews and help in team building.

Requirements

• Strong background and relevant experience in NodeJS.
• At least 3+ years of experience in above or similar technologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent career experience required.
• Ability to collaborate with other individuals. You should be able to take feedback from customers and other team members.
• Should be able to act independently and take on big - medium sized projects with minimal guidance.
• Experienced with writing tests and automation pipelines.
• Be passionate about working in a startup world where you have an opportunity to change the Indian landscape.
