We are Open Source geeks turned Founders who previously ran an Open Source Mailchimp alternative with 10k customers and 20k self-hosted installations, then built an Open Source mailserver automation app called Control Center.
Then we went through Y-Combinator and used the software we'd already built to pivot into salestech. And started making money.
About this position
We're a technical company with a technical product that serves non-technical customers - quality engineering is key to everything we do. Software Engineering is valued and respected in our company culture. Two thirds of Lightmeter Founders have technical back-end engineering backgrounds.
You will make executive decisions on a daily basis, which will often be challenging as you will rarely have all the information you'd like to do so. You will be required to factor-in business impact to your decision making, and expected to let quantitative outcomes guide your thinking. You will recruit new team members to support you when you can demonstrate that they will support company growth.
You'll work closely with Cesar (Operations), Suela (Sales), Giovanni (Data), and Leandro (Engineer), and Sam (CEO) to create seamless customer experiences.
