What will you do?
You will manage the SDR team that generates leads for the AEs by booking demo calls. You will oversee the strategy and the day-to-day for the SDR team to optimize pipeline creation and lead handoff.
As our first SDR Manager, you will work closely with our Head of Sales to build out the team and processes for scalability! In this role, you will:
-Train SDRs on cold calling, managing CRM (Hubspot), etc
-Coach and motivate SDRs to meet and exceed goals
-Create programs to engage SDRs
-Interview, hire, train, and retain SDRs
-Align goals and activities with the Go-to-Market strategy to meet the company’s growth target
Preferred experiences
-1+ year of experience managing a growing sales team
-1+ year of SDR experience
