The Job
You will be contributing to SAP HCM related projects and will be responsible for:
Contributing to every stage of project planning and implementation like - budgeting, milestone planning and external vendor management.
Gathering client requirements and translating them into functional specification.
Working towards becoming a subject matter expert in SAP HR related modules.
Ensuring project SLAs are adhered to and performing along with the team to reach and exceed the milestones.
Managing external vendors if required.
Proposing solutions to enhance business productivity.
Working closely with technical teams to ensure towards smooth delivery of solutions.
Contributing to other consulting engagements on ad hoc basis.
The Profile
You have at least 2 years experience working on an SAP HCM module and have an in-depth understanding of its functioning.
A Masters in Business Administration from a reputed B-school would be highly preferred.
You have good knowledge of modules like OM, PA, Time, Payroll and Travel etc.
You can conduct integration and regression testing.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You are a self-driven, motivated and results orientated individual with a goal driven mindset.
You can work well in teams and have the ability to listen and understand critical client issues with an approach to find the best possible solution.
