Salesforce Administrator/Developer

Responsibilities

• Help organize and architect our recently implemented CRM (SFDC) to ensure we’re able to make data driven decisions as a company
• Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment with 60+ users
• Build our sales and marketing tech stack on top of Salesforce
• Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system, and implement these changes as appropriate
• Upgrade and configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration
• Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
• Partner with Sales and other company leaders to properly execute sales processes (e.g., territory design)
• Own and manage Salesforce data hygiene , including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing
• Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support
• Documenting processes, including error reports and workflows

Minimum Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in sales ops, SFDC development, as an SFDC architect, or as an SFDC admin
• Proven success in a fast-paced, innovative, and entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships across management and cross-functional teams
• Experience working at, or with, SaaS organizations
• Ability to take ownership, prioritize, and complete tasks very quickly
• The ability to communicate and provide complex solutions in a consumable way to non-technical peers and users
• Ability to work well with ambiguity, solve problems, and think on your feet

Preferred Requirements:

• SFDC Certified Admin or SFDC Certified Advanced Admin
• Working knowledge of Outreach, Gong, and a marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo)
• Knowledge of the Healthcare industry
