As a Salesforce Administrator at Fivetran, you will be leveraging Salesforce best practice to assist and triage inbound requests from internal users.  You will be helping streamline feedback on current solutions and providing support to our team.  The day to day will include supporting end users of our Salesforce platform, aiding the Senior Salesforce team in projects, creating documentation around our projects, and helping to ensure that our solutions are of the highest quality by providing quality assurance.  You will be the go to person for tier one support within our Salesforce.

As a Salesforce Administrator at Fivetran, you will:  

  • Support end-users of the Salesforce platform and integrated tools
  • Triage requests via Slack, Email and alternate sources to key RevOps team members
  • Setup and Troubleshoot user permissions/access to internal systems 
  • Handle manual tasks given by Salesforce Team Leadership to clean up our data and consolidate tech-debt
  • Process QA tasks for all Salesforce releases
  • Own, create and maintain both internal and external documentation for Salesforce releases
  • Support reporting requests within the SFDC platform
  • Own page layouts, field creation, and basic admin tasks

What you bring to the table: 

  • 2+ years of Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems implementation experience, certification required
  • Experience with Sales cloud and CPQ
  • An understanding of Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, OWD Settings, Sales Cloud object relationships
  • An understanding of Process Builder, Workflow Rules and other declarative automation tools 
  • Ability to build Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Strong communication skills
  • A High level of initiative, self-motivation and ability to work in a team environment

Nice-to-haves (optional):

  • End User Salesforce Experience
  • Salesforce Administrator & Advanced Administrator Certification
  • Experience providing support to a SFDC instance in a hyper-growth company
