Qualification :
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field (preferably from Pharmaceutical degree)
• At least 1-2 years of working experience as Medical Representative / Salesman, with interest in training & development areas
• In-depth understanding of product knowledge (OTC & ethical), sales management, and territory management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Job Desc :
• Analyze training needs to ensure objectives of the department/ organization and work area are met
• Create and design curriculum for training programs based on training to need analysis
• Plan and manage the overall training and development activities by ensuring effective plan implementation within the agreed timeline and with high quality
• Conduct training programs to address the needs and competencies identified in coordination with related stakeholders
• Evaluate and report the effectiveness of the program compare to the productivity of the team
