An exciting opportunity exists for a bilingual Sales Support Executive to join the team to support our expanding Sales team. The successful post-holder will play a critical role working in partnership with the team enabling them to deliver their targets.
- This is a varied role working closely with the Asia Pacific Business Development Team supporting them to analyze market potential, create prospect outreach campaigns, follow up on leads, organize information, and join in client presentations. We require someone with exceptional communication skills, administrative ability, and the confidence to represent the company and liaise with clients and senior stakeholders within the global business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take responsibility for the CRM, agreeing on the global approach and working across geographies to ensure implementation is delivered as planned
- Support Business Development Managers with the development and qualification of new sales leads
- Update and generate global daily/weekly / monthly/quarterly reports as required (sales trackers, Zendesk Sales reports, etc)
- Develop and implement ideas for winning and growing our lead generation, ensuring we obtain the buy-in of the full decision-making unit
- Set up meetings with prospects (catering companies, hotel chains, restaurants, universities, schools, and hospitals)
- Generate new sales leads by following up on inbound marketing leads
- Deal with inbound sales calls, take new inquiries, work with Business Development Managers, and update the CRM system (Base CRM) accordingly
- Nurture new leads, highlighting early successes and advocating for scaling of our technology across their business
- Develop new contacts with professionals in the market to help build a demand for our product both with primary buyers (e.g., contract caterers, hoteliers) and their customers (e.g., major corporates, facilities services consultants)
- Help the team prepare for meetings with prospects, attend those meetings (where feasible), and write detailed meeting notes afterward
- Work alongside a driven global team, dually motivated by building an exciting business and leaving the world a better place than we found it
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education and experience:
- You will hold a college or university degree
- You have an excellent working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint and are able to manipulate data to present information in an informative and compelling way
- You have 2 - 4 years of experience in a high-performing sales team
- Experience working with a CRM system would be advantageous
- Exposure to the hospitality industry would be advantageous
- You are a fluent Mandarin speaker with the ability to persuade, teach, read and influence comfortably in Mandarin

- Demonstrates excellent communication skills. You are a confident and articulate presenter. You communicate clearly in both written and spoken language. You listen attentively; you process and comprehend what you hear. You are also confident enough to ask questions and to clarify ambiguous points
- Track record of identifying problems, analyzing options, and deploying sound decision-making skills
