About Your Role
We’re looking for an ambitious, self-starter who can convert more customer leads. Your core role will be interfacing with prospective customers and guiding them through our process, with the goal of closing deals.
- Respond to leads via phone, text, chat, and email
- Guide prospective customers through the end-to-end sales process including lead intake, providing quotes, answering questions, overcoming objections, and executing sales
- Provide customer and tooling feedback for our product team to inform our roadmap
- Work with our CEO and operations team to improve our processes
HomeBreeze is a fully remote company today, and we’re looking for someone who can thrive in a remote environment. If you’re based in the SF Bay Area, that’s a bonus, and you'll have the option to work with company executives in-person.
