Job Scope:
- Support Sales Ops Manager in sales processes
- Streamline operation processes to ensure team effectiveness
- Prepare data and performance reports
- Implement sales initiatives
- Other administrative tasks assigned
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, especially Excel
- Meticulous with data and numbers
- Strong desire to learn and progress
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in a fluid and fast pace environment
- Ability to multi-task
Work Schedule:
- 5-day work week (4 weekdays + 1 weekend)
- 10 am - 7 pm
