Job Scope:

• Support Sales Ops Manager in sales processes
• Streamline operation processes to ensure team effectiveness
• Prepare data and performance reports
• Implement sales initiatives
• Other administrative tasks assigned

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, especially Excel
• Meticulous with data and numbers
• Strong desire to learn and progress
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a fluid and fast pace environment
• Ability to multi-task

Work Schedule:

• 5-day work week (4 weekdays + 1 weekend)
• 10 am - 7 pm
