About the Role:
As the Sales Manager, you will be reporting to the Head of Sales. At Aspire, we divide our Growth Team into 3: Business Development - Sales - Account Management. Your mission will be to close as many in/outbound leads as possible and ensure clients fully utilize their accounts.
What will you be doing?
Negotiate and close all VIP clients looking to open a business account with Aspire
• Handle VIP clients' relationships from the day of the first demo call until the day the client made their first deposit.
• Use consultative sales strategies to effectively overcome client objections and maximize sales activity within assigned territory
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and identify new opportunities
• Drive referrals by your exceptional work
• Work closely with BD team to ensure high quality leads generation
• Keep all records in our CRM
• We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
• 5 to 8 years of experience in banking/fintech/SaaS sales
• You are a top dog and never take no to an answer
• Strong negotiation & sales skills
• Top producer in your previous companies
• Sale is in your blood
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally have been managing a small team
• Experience in a card provider (Amex/Visa/MasterCard) is a plus
