Job Requirements:

• Attract and recruit high performing sales individuals
• Lead and motivate the team
• Conduct sales training
• Develop sales processes that drive sales
• Set targets and monitor performance
• Track performance through sales reports and on the ground inspections
• Mapped out a performance improvement plan for sales individuals
• Work in revenue-generating initiatives and projects
• Manage any other ad hoc assignments given from time to time

Job Scope:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a sales leadership position
• Has strong ability to recruit and expand the team
• Has relevant experience managing inbound or outbound sales
• Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
• Driven and motivated to achieve results

Work Schedule:

• 5 workdays per week (including weekends)
